OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES AND OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the (50) United States and the District of Columbia 18 years of age or older. Employees, officers and directors of Acosta/MatchPoint Marketing (the “Sponsor”), its promotional partner Ocean Spray, their affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, siblings, children and parents, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such employees, officers and directors are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. TO ENTER: OCEAN SPRAY “$ensible Solutions…Win a Trip to Aruba” Sweepstakes begins on September 7, 2003 and ends on October 4, 2003 (the “promotion period”). There are two ways to enter: online or by mail. Online: Go to www.funandfoods.com and click on the OCEAN SPRAY “$ensible Solutions…Win a Trip to Aruba” Sweepstakes link to access the online entry form. Complete the entry form and submit so that it is received by the Sponsor's server by 11:59 PM ET on October 4, 2003. By mail: Send a postcard with name address, birthday and phone number to OCEAN SPRAY “$ensible Solutions…Win a Trip to Aruba” Sweepstakes, PO Box 441, Pittsburgh, PA 15106. Mailed entries must be postmarked by October 4, 2003 and received by October 11, 2003. No mechanical reproduction of entries permitted. Limit one entry (either online or mail-in) per person per day.

3. PRIZES: On or about October 31, 2003, MatchPoint Marketing will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to award the following prizes:
(2) Grand Prize (s) – a trip for two to Aruba. Prize consists of round trip coach air travel to Aruba from a major commercial airport near winner’s residence (as determined by Sponsor) and double occupancy hotel accommodations at Divi Resort for 6 days/5 nights. Expenses not specified are winner’s responsibility. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) $2,250. Actual value will be determined by winner’s residence and seasonal rates. Travel and accommodations are subject to availability and certain restrictions. Winner and guest must travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be taken in February 2004 at time specified by Sponsor or prize will be forfeited in its entirety.
Winners will be notified by email, phone, postal mail and/or express mail at Sponsor's discretion. Return of a prize notification as undeliverable will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

4. GENERAL: Taxes on prizes and all expenses related to acceptance and use of prizes, not otherwise specified, are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating, entrants agree: (a) to these rules and decisions of Sponsor and judges, which shall be final in all respects relating to this promotion; (b) to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, its promotional partner, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and representatives and their respective officers, directors and employees from and against any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage; and, if a winner (c) to the use of winner's name and/or photograph for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to Sponsor's website, without compensation (unless prohibited by law) and agree, upon request, to confirm the foregoing in writing. Grand Prize winner will be required to execute and have notarized an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within (14) days of attempted notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Grand Prize winner’s guest, who must be 18 years of age or older, must complete and return a liability/publicity release prior to issuance of travel documents. Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, agents and representatives and their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (a) electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) lost, late, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries or postage-due mail; or (d) any condition caused by events beyond the control of the Sponsor that may cause the promotion to be disrupted or corrupted. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs or other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the promotion, in which case all prizes will be awarded via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. No prize transfer or cash redemption. No prize substitution except by Sponsor due to unavailability, in which case a prize of comparable or greater value will be awarded. One prize per household.

5. ENTRY INFORMATION: Information provided by entrants becomes property of the Sponsor but will be used solely for the purposes of this promotion and will not be rented, sold, or relinquished.

6. WINNER LIST: To receive Grand Prize winner’s name, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to be received by October 31, 2003 to: OCEAN SPRAY “$ensible Solutions…Win a Trip to Aruba” Winners, PO Box 2804, Pittsburgh, PA 15230.
